Abby's new bike

Isn't this thing cool?!? It's called a tag-a-long...it attaches right to the adult's bike but gives a bit more freedom to the child. It's also been helping a lot with learning balance!

Random Princess Moments

These two girls are sooo into dress-up. Pretend play is HUGE in our house and the girls take every opportunity they can to be princesses!

 

While the parents are away...

While we were off on our sailing adventure, Grammy came up to our house to watch the kids. Halfway through the week, Elizabeth and cousins Amelia and Luke joined her to help! They did a bit of everything! Strawberry festival, arts and crafts, the children's museum, our local playplace, ice cream at the farm, swimming at the lake...whew! Probably wore Grammy out!

Day 5 - Port of call was Marseille, France

The day started off with a stroll through the city. We did A LOT of walking!

 There were bulls everywhere - Joe loved it :)

 This cathedral is the city's most well-known symbol. People from Marseilles traditionally see the church as the guardian and protector of the city.

Joe and I took a train ride up to the top of the Notre Dame Cathedral

 It was so windy at the top of the cathedral
